What I was hoping for, when I created the group, was that DA had a built a system where individual members of the group could add/edit/delete their own entries without permissions to anyone else's work.  This does not appear to be so.  Which is a shame.  This means that until such a fantastical system is available, everything will probably need to be maintained by me.

I worked this weekend on an icon for the community and got about 3/4 completed before I decided I hated it (lulz).  I also need to get off my lazy fanny and buy us a subscription :3

Ranks
Rank, overall, is going to differentiate between members (who can join and leave as they please), and contributors.  Contributors will be those who have pieces in the gallery.  It's a promotion I'll automatically give you when you submit.  Because of DA limitations, I can't give you anything too amazing, but I can advertise your gallery icons in a prominent position on our main page.

Submissions

1. Submissions can be sent via note to my personal account, :usernaon: or to the community account :usermdtas-breakaway:.  Both will arrive in my inbox.
2. Submissions can be in art or written form.  Please constrain submissions to the rules outlined by the DA terms of service.  There are no limitations in terms of 'skill', all levels are welcome here.
3. Older/large numbers of submissions are welcome.  Keep in mind that if you essentially link your gallery to me, I will upload your work slowly (3-5 uploads a day) so as not to overload everyone's inbox.
4. All work will have the creator listed in the title and description, and a link will be provided back to the creator's gallery and the duplicate work in the gallery if available.
5. Please rate fanfiction for me so it can be prominently labeled on the mainpage.

I had this problem with my group. You just have to go into the Admin area and set permanent permissions for members to be able to contribute and post. It isn't well explained in the Group making guidelines, but that is the solution.
